Terrah Larrabee, DDS, MSD

Inspired by her own orthodontist as a young girl, Dr. Terrah is fulfilling her dream as the orthodontist at Spring Hill Smiles. Her goal was to love coming to work every day and to make other people smile. She has helped found the welcoming and family-oriented culture at Spring Hill Smiles by promoting a fun, uplifting and convenient environment for both patients and team members. Dr. Terrah attended undergraduate at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN before completing dental school at Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, IN where she met Dr. Todd. Upon graduating, she went on to specialize in orthodontics. Dr. Terrah has a Master of Science in Dentistry from IUSD Orthodontics and Oral Facial Genetics program in Indianapolis, Indiana. While at IUSD, she also completed a research manuscript published in The Angle Orthodontist – An International Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. She and Dr. Todd moved to Spring Hill, TN in 2011 and established their big dream of their family practice, Spring Hill Smiles.

Dr. Terrah stays on the cutting edge of orthodontics by maintaining many prestigious, professional organizations and attending continuing education courses. She is accredited by the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, Tennessee Dental Association and American Academy of Facial Esthetics.

When she’s not straightening teeth, Dr. Terrah loves disconnecting from the world with a good fiction book. She spends her free time with Dr. Todd and their two sons, Tyler and Tucker. You can catch her outdoors with her family and their dogs, watching her sons play sports, racking up miles on her peloton or hosting pool parties with family and friends. If you ever see Dr. Terrah out and about, you can catch her attention with a loud “Go Hoosiers!”
